Does the quality change depending on the package?

We shoot our basic package videos the same quality and effort as we do our custom professional package. The bonus content will change depending on what plan you choose but quality will always be our trademark.

What if my company is not located near you?

We recommend if you are a company with shippable products that are reasonable in size, such as apparel or small to medium sized products, to send us the products and choose the package that best suits your needs. We can then shoot the products film & product photography.

If you are selling larger items or would like a film done about your company you would need to contact us directly to find a custom option that suits your needs best.

When will I get the finished product?

Within 7-10 days after filming is complete.

How will I get the product?

We will send you a downloadable link with all files within it via E-mail.

What if I would like small changes made?

Any changes being made to your film once it has been finished will incur additional costs for editing time on a per hour basis.

How will we communicate and how can I get my vision across?

We ask very specific questions in the creative process to get your idea perfectly encapsulated by our team. Communication will be done in person, over the phone and by email for updates and questions.

How does the purchase process work?

Once a meeting or consultation has been made and you are happy with the proposal then you can choose the package that best suits your business needs.

Once we confirm payment then we can start setting up a timeline for when your product will be shot and delivered.
